"Le Fiatte"
Find a renewed love for Primitivo’s grapes in this full bodied red wine which combines the expertise of a wide range of flavors and fragrances with a research on innovative techniques. Lu mieru wine holds a historical passion, coming from Primitivo wine, made in Sava, a small town located in southeast Apulia, near Manduria.
More than four generations have been sharing the same passion for wine transmitted by Cosimo Murrone, whose cellars were in Via San Francesco, a small street of Sava. His knowledge passed first onto his son Nicola, and in turn to Umberto who then moved the cellars to the actual location of Via Giusti.
The Tradition
Once upon a time.. Umberto Bisci, (nickname Il ballatore - the dancer) so popular for his energetic dancing passion, tried to hold the precious experience of an antique savoir-faire-du-vin, of a love for his land, for his good wine, for Salento’s folklore. This tradition has been passed to his son stronger and more passionate than ever and has reached his son Nicola, who is successfully trying today to make this old dream come true again,together with his two sons Salvatore and Umberto.
